[Announcement] New Tournament Director

As of 4/21/13 I, Loki am the new and first tournament director of team Ice. I hope to have many fun tournaments with all of you and possibly randoms from DevPro. This announcement has been approved by: Dynastic02, my friend and Leader of Ice.

Also there will be a Tournament in 4 Days for RinaSky, My friend and Admin of Ice's Team chat, it is her Birthday and we will be celebrating with a Character Only tournament, check her post on the Ice HQ to find out more.
