My attempt to make Summoner Monk amazing. This build has a lot of versatility, as I've discovered in attempting to add new techs (Exiled Force, Barian's Force, Destructotron, etc) If you're wondering how I make Gustav, a Life'd Chaos Sorcerer + Tragoedia.
After making this deck I realized that a FIRE variant of Dark Simorgh would be amazing in here.

Re: Summoning Sickness
This deck really does have a lot of options and even though i know you built it to test against my random decks i made...it is still a very powerful deck and i like it...though i do get tiered of facing it over and over.

Re: Summoning Sickness
I'm always iffy about Flame Tiger. But I guess that's your preference.
I'd use Chow Len the Prophet. Fire-type, with 200 DEF (perfect for Doggy to summon). But it's also a Spellcaster. And it's effect is looking at a set spell/trap card, and (if you guess it right), your opponent cannot activate it for the rest of the turn.
A peeking tom with a one-turn Gyokko? I'd choose that over Tiger. My only suggestion.
Though I am a tad confused about Dimensional Alchemist's purpose...but I guess it's something to do with being attack fodder for when you banish things with Life, BLS, and Chaos Sorc.

I decided to add Flame Tiger in case of terrible draws/stall matches, but he seems to simply be a higher attack target for Firedog more often than not. I'll give your suggestion a try. Alchemist is simply a LIGHT for BLS and Sorcerer. If you have a better idea for another LIGHT suggest it to me. I've tried Lyla, Vylon Prism, D.D. Warrior Lady, and I'd rather not play another Sacred Crane (dislike opening with them).

Re: Summoning Sickness
Chow Len has the same attack as Firedog, but it's all preference.
As for a (good) lvl 4 light, the first that come to mind are:
- (another) Photon Thrasher
- Thunder King
- Lyla/Ehren (as you've already said)
But fun/funny lvl 4 Light Monster techs could be like the following:
- Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke
- Reflect Bounder
- Tasuke Knight
- Defender, the Magical Knight
- Helping Robo for Combat
- Cameraclops
- Worm Yagan

Re: Summoning Sickness
I remember...when Duel Monsters (anime) was popular and it had a card game...and in Magic the gathering, how some monsters can't attack when they're summoned...calling it summoning sickness.

In some trading card games, monsters can't attack when they are first summoned being called "Summoning Sickness"...i was having flashbacks of playing such games.

Lyna is level 3 and therefore has no synergy with the deck. Her Familar form would work better, which I could tech in when I fight you. ^_^
