Spellbooks really might be tier 0? Discuss Win Moar or OMG!

Omni told me about this card last night...ya sadly spellbooks are going to if not already reached the point of being just stupid frigin power for no good reason...don't get me wrong i love how this is a very powerful spellcaster deck...its just becoming way to much.

When I first heard of Spellbooks I immediately thought DARK MAGICIAN DECKS MAKING A COMEBACK?! But now...

It's a shame too, they have neat artwork (including the Spellbook Knight) ;~;

im still going to use the spellbook cards...how ever I'm using them in a non broken way

I always thought of spellbooks as spellcaster support, so i'd thought we'd get a mass of spell counter decks on the return...i liked those.

thats what i use them for. my spellcounters can be very powerful

I have a question, who decides which cards are what? Do they just have random teams assigned to making cards because there never seems to be much balancing in play.

I don't think, they the thought of balance even enters their minds when they design the cards. Its only after it is released and people figure out how use to the effects in broken ways that Konami decides to try and balance them.

Again...how are they made?

If its like Pokemon...they probably have a division in the company dedicated to different ark types and such. It is the most efficient way of getting large project like deck ark types done in a fast efficient way.

Really i thought someone in Ice already did make one...the Forsaken i think it was

Taking mythology and concepts to the next level. That's what Konami does.
