I heard You liked Goat Control Empty I heard You liked Goat Control

The reason I compare this deck to goat control is because you must play for the long game, and with your cards your opponent must also. If they decide to rush in they can often end-up losing many of their resources they need. This deck is meant to be played slowly and so you may soon realize that each one of your games turns out to be longer than the usual 3-5 turns each.

It plays almost like Chaos Anti-meta, but in order to win with it you must think about all of your choices carefully. This deck is about resource management.

The Side Deck. These choices are for generic Meta and Is meant to to side into a fairly good match-up against every deck, however it is lacking against Chaos dragons and Dino-Rabbit. Not that it is actually needed against them in the first place.

The Extra Deck. Many of these cards are Ocg only. The Ocg only cards can be substituted for other generic rank 3 and 4 monsters.

The way this deck wins is by maintaining more card advantage then your opponent, and so during the first game in a Match be sure to play conservatively the first few turns to gauge what your opponent is playing or what they might have in hand.

During the Second round your side deck basically guarantees a win against Dark World, Heroes, Lightsworn, Chaos Dragons, and Machines.

Key cards:

[YGOCARD]Tsukuyomi[/YGOCARD]: In this deck can be very powerful if used properly. Not only can it get rid of some of your opponents monsters, but it is able to combo with [YGOCARD]Snowman Eater[/YGOCARD] [YGOCARD]Night Assailant[/YGOCARD] and [YGOCARD]Gravekeeper's Spy[/YGOCARD] to give you more card advantage.

[YGOCARD]Night Assailant[/YGOCARD]: Powerful in this deck because it feeds the 2 engines, Chaos and Tour Guide. It also has possible plays with [YGOCARD]Tsukuyomi[/YGOCARD].It is also useful against Dark World.

[YGOCARD]Snowman Eater[/YGOCARD]: Super Pro against Heroes, is a level 3 monster and it can give you field presence.

Engines: [YGOCARD]Gravekeeper's Spy[/YGOCARD] and [YGOCARD]Tour Guide From the Underworld[/YGOCARD] allow this deck to summon Rank 3 and 4 monsters with virtually no cost. Because of this you can maintain and even gain card advantage with them.

Our Boss Monster is [YGOCARD]Thunder King Rai-Oh[/YGOCARD]. Against Hero's your duty is to protect him. He can stop their searches and run over [YGOCARD]Elemental Hero Stratos[/YGOCARD]. Combined with the fact that he can negate one of their Xyz Summons you can win games with him alone.

Just to note 1 cool combo is while you have [YGOCARD]Wind-Up Zenmaines[/YGOCARD] (with Xyz Materials) on the field and a face-up [YGOCARD]Snowman Eater[/YGOCARD]. You can summon [YGOCARD]Tsukuyomi[/YGOCARD] to target [YGOCARD]Snowman Eater[/YGOCARD] to reuse and while that is cool in itself you can then flip [YGOCARD]Snowman Eater[/YGOCARD] to target Zenmaines and you will be able to target any card on the field during the Endphase.

Why no [YGOCARD]Heavy Storm[/YGOCARD]??? When I built the deck it didn't need it and because of the 12 traps it might become risky to use. However if you think that it might benefit you try it inside the main deck.

As of right now this deck has become less good because of Mermails. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

just asking
but is your only way to force players to play slow is to set up a load of destruction traps?

That is fine and dandy to stop over extenders but really I think you would just be stopping decks that can not build up advantage.

The question has to be asked what exactly does the opponent gain from waiting?

Also Sangan is banned.
